The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Customer Service Manager, and working at a local level, you will contribute and implement strategic goals and projects to enhance their customer service offering. Partnering with external and internal stakeholders, you will implement process and procedures to ensure a customer-centric approach in the delivery of service. Additionally, you will suggest and lead continuous improvement strategies, be accountable for customer satisfaction regarding customer service and oversee reporting and cost controls.

About you:

To be successful you must have previous leadership experience within shipping. Your will also have experience implementing digitalisation, and process improvement strategies. As an energetic and emphatic mentor, you will present with the ability to influence and multitask.
