Description:
We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor (called Customer Service Manager) to join our UniLodge Royal Melbourne , North Melbourne
You will manage an operations team at our UniLodge Royal Melbourne, conducting leasing, student engagement programs, accounts administration and property management of 411 beds. You will also be required to be on-call for phone assistance to support our Residential Advisor team should they need additional support. This role is largely autonomous and will give someone the opportunity to rapidly grow their leadership, management and problem solving skills.
