Role overview:

Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking to add a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to assist and work alongside two logistics managers. The role will involve order processing, customer service both via phone and email, support to the logistics team, cross functional work with internal sales department and use of excel to run stock reports and order checks against forecasts.

Key responsibilities:
 

  • Order processing and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Handling return authority procedures.
  • Managing inbox for both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Communication with customers and internal sales department.

     

Skills and attributes:
 

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and ERP systems.
