As a Logistics/Customer Service Coordinator for our client, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within their logistics and customer service department. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee the logistics activities related to the transportation, storage, and distribution their products.

Duties
 

  • Conduct daily follow-ups on deliveries.
  • Coordinate orders directly with the customer.
  • Coordinate documentation related to orders.
  • Previous experience in SAP is preferred.
  • Provide support with internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in managing the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Conduct weekly checks on logistics operations.
