Your Future Role
We are looking for people who are customer obsessed and strive to provide brilliant customer service through making the complex, simple and ensuring customers have the coverages they require. As a specialist you will be engaging with our customers daily in relation to their insurance policies to find what option is best suited to them.

Our Sales and Service Specialists are passionate about our brand and products across sales, service and retention contacts. They are empowered experts that work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with constant coaching and support.
Shift Options
Our contact centres operate Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am and 10pm. We have a number of flexible part time roles on offer and will operate on the below shift pattern.
Working within a start window will require you to be available to start at any time between the hours specified above. Part time options also gives you the opportunity to flex up your hours up to 37.5 hours per week depending on the demands of the business and what fits your work life balance.

Training Period
Your first 7 weeks from the start date of 1st November 2021 will be virtual classroom style and, on the job, high support training provided on a full-time basis working Monday–Friday 08:30 – 17:00 and will be a combination of work from home and in office training.

As this is a work from home role, you will be required to be set up accordingly. To successfully work from home, you will need the following:
