The role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client queries (key accounts or individual accounts) to ensure service level agreements are met, updates are provided on freight including delays, updating the database and seeking solutions where possible. This is a critical role where you could be working at HQ with multiple accounts or on a client specific site – supporting a key account.
