Description:
We have an exciting position available within the Ramsay Health Care Marketing Department. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contract for customers & consumers contacting Ramsay Health Care through various channels including phone, web and social media. The role is responsible for providing a comprehensive customer focused service by responding to all enquiries received through the national contact points.
- Attend to all enquiries in a timely, proficient and friendly manner
- Provide best practice management of enquiries from a patient and business perspective
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback within a set timeframe
- Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner
- Provide a positive customer experience to all enquiries
- Act in a professional manner at all times when dealing with internal and external customers
- Represent Ramsay Health Care in a positive manner in all customer interactions
- Demonstrate a good work ethic that includes punctuality, integrity, respect for others and a commitment to professional practice
- Maintain confidentiality on all issues relating to Ramsay Health Care, customers and colleagues
- Other tasks as directed by the Brand Manager and National Marketing Manager
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Competent computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
