Our Workplace Services team is establishing a Talent Pool for Workplaces Service Customer Representatives for ongoing and temporary opportunities that may become available within the team over the next 18 months.

The Customer Service Representative Workplace delivers frontline support services to staff, visitors, and other team members to enable the efficient and safe operation of the workplace. The role includes, identifying, logging, resolving and keeping the client up to date on office support, building issues and other services. This could also include ad-hoc project implementation.
About You
We are looking for customer service experts that love building positive working relationships with customers and the team. You will also be an effective communicator across a variety of stakeholders with a proven ability to operate to a high standard in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
You will have good MS Office and other service request logging systems to allow for end to end resolutions for our clients. Your attention to detail and high level organisational skills will see you thrive in this position.
