The Opportunity:

people2people are experiencing an influx of work within office support and are seeking Call Centre Operators and Administrators for their temporary Government vacancies. The roles will vary from 1-2 weeks assignments, 2-3 month assignments, 6-12 month assignments.

Duties:
 

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls
  • Data entry
  • Adhoc administrative tasks

About you:

  • Previous customer service or administration
  • Previous experience working within Government
  • A valid police check or ability to obtain a national police check
  • A friendly, adaptable and approachable attitude
