UNSW Estate Management (EM) provides a range of services and advice to all Faculties and Divisions on all UNSW campuses. It does this by providing campus planning, infrastructure planning, development, construction, refurbishment, maintenance and environmental management. EM also provides a wide range of logistical and associated services to ensure a safe and secure campus environment.
As a Customer Relations Officer with UNSW Estate Management, you will be part of a collaborative team of Customer Relations Officers, being the first point of contact for customers via the phone, email and front desk, processing requests relating to repairs, relocations, waste, cleaning, compliments, complaints or general inquiries. You will be expected to take ownership of all client cases from an end-to-end customer perspective in keeping with SLA requirements.
You will be expected to provide seamless guidance and advice in ensuring all of the customer's needs are being met, building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will provide high level administrative support on a broad range of projects and tasks for EM and the Office of the CPO.
Other responsibilities include; overseeing the works and maintenance requests ensuring information is updated in the Archibus system, effectively carry out general office management duties as well as assisting in maintaining a presentable office space, covering the front desk and phone queue at all times in collaboration with the team and reviewing and processing of financial invoicing, including raising purchase requests and receipting.
