One full-time permanent and one full-time maximum term opportunity for up to 12 months

Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Experience, this position will support the City by:
You will have a demonstrated experience in frontline customer service with a sound knowledge of customer service expectations and standards, and experience communicating with customers through various channels.
The ability to prioritise workloads and tasks in a timely manner whilst working under minimal guidance is also a must.
