The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for consistently delivering exceptional customer service outcomes to customers of Novated or Operating Leases. Consultants are to take ownership of customer enquiries and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve satisfactory outcomes that meet and exceed customer's expectations in a friendly and professional manner.

The role sits within a team of 5 members. You will be taking inbound calls or emails from customers who have any queries or assistance needed on their novated lease. This is not a high-inbound call role as the consultant takes in an average of 10-15 calls per day. There are plenty of support within the team members and you only have to work between 8.30am - 5.30pm.

With the team being small, it has a close-knit culture which provides support to the team. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and would need you to come to the office at least three times a week on no particular day of the week. During training period of about 2-4 weeks, you will be expected to be in the office more often. There will be no need to have leasing experience as you will be trained.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of a variety of customer queries in relation to novated leasing and salary packaging.
  • Point of contact for all Novated "in life" customers.
  • Proactively contact customers and internal stakeholders to resolve customer cases and queries
  • Be actively available to answer inbound calls and email queries from customers

The Candidate

  • Proven customer service skills and are looking for an opportunity to work in a leading vehicle leasing company
  • Recent graduates in finance or business are welcome
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
