An exciting new role has been established support Affinity’s growth aspirations for 2023 and beyond. This role will help shape the development of Affinity’s B2B and partnership value proposition and pipeline as the team focuses on growth in new verticals and segments. Aon Affinity specializes in developing, marketing, distributing, and administering industry specialised insurance programs for organisations and their members, affiliates, or customers. Partnerships are a key part of the distribution strategy. Today more than 200 associations, non-profit and professional organisations benefit from our client advocacy and expertise in insurance brokerage, marketing, administration and claims management services.


Aon has strong growth ambitions for the SME segment and has invested in a digital ecosystem to provide a superior customer experience. Along with digital channels, our teams provide leading industry advice and service to SME’s who require assistance in understanding and managing their risk. Identifying and converting new B2B partnership opportunities are essential to business growth and the distribution strategy.

  • In conjunction with relevant stakeholders, develop strategies to assess opportunities and win new business for Aon across the Affinity business with a focus on identifying new verticals and segments
  • Achieve assigned new business sales targets across Affinity segments and execution of larger global client wins
  • Leverage digital ecosystem and distribution model to access partnerships that provide entry to new SME segments
  • Engage and collaborate with Client Directors across all Affinity segments, and other relevant divisions to ensure appropriate buy-in & understanding of Affinity offer and proposition to drive new business opportunities
  • Develop and promote a growth mindset across Affinity colleagues; support Affinity Partnership & Growth Client Director in the development and execution of pitch presentations and bid business cases
  • Support the development of Affinity’s growth and partnership strategy and share across the wider business
  • Engage segment partnership managers to identifying new business opportunities within their segments
  • Establish project Management principles & structure for onboarding new partnerships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the process
  • Engage Marketing and segment Client Directors to successfully execute and drive member growth to align with bid business cases
  • Drive thought leadership and innovation with new segment opportunities to facilitate stronger relationships and establishment of new opportunities
