The role:

The customer contact officer roles are the first contact for our public and corporate clients when seeking to enroll in Life Saving Victoria public training suite of courses. As part of the public training team, this role ensures the efficient administration of these critical accredited and non-accredited water safety and first aid training. Supporting the participant experience, this role supports inbound sales, participant enrolments, coordinating the logistics of equipment and resources.
