As the the Customer Communications Officer, you will be responsible for our customers happiness. You will fulfil day to day customer service tasks including but not limited to; responding to customer enquiries via all touch points in the business including Facebook messages, Facebook comments, Facebook group, Instagram comments, Instagram messages, YouTube comments, email enquiries and colour matching, phone enquiries, notifying customers regarding order delays, and live chat through Gorgias.
As the Team leader, you will be required to demonstrate qualities to lead, empower and problem solve for your team. You will take responsibility and nurture your team to fulfil their positions to their full potential while living in line with the Lust Values.
Full time role - must be available Monday - Friday from 7am until 4pm.
