As the the Customer Communications Officer, you will be responsible for our customers happiness. You will fulfil day to day customer service tasks including but not limited to; responding to customer enquiries via all touch points in the business including Facebook messages, Facebook comments, Facebook group, Instagram comments, Instagram messages, YouTube comments, email enquiries and colour matching, phone enquiries, notifying customers regarding order delays, and live chat through Gorgias.
As the Team leader, you will be required to demonstrate qualities to lead, empower and problem solve for your team. You will take responsibility and nurture your team to fulfil their positions to their full potential while living in line with the Lust Values.
Full time role - must be available Monday - Friday from 7am until 4pm.

  • Lead Customer service for our Ecommerce brand
  • Responsible for customer happiness & satisfaction
  • Responsible for colour matching, product recommendations, order changes and general customer service situations virtually.
  • Respond to customers in a timely and resolution focused manner
  • Competent with working across multiple platforms such as online live chat & social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and supportive negotiation skills
  • Administration Support when necessary
  • Warehouse Support when necessary
  • Train new staff members
  • Confident & Competent completing customer communication via zoom, over the phone, emails and face to face when necessary and not a lead part of the role.
  • Weekly audits of your Teams work and able to provide constructive feedback to ensure they are providing the best service possible to our customers.
  • Attend weekly Leader's meets with CEO and EA.

  • Work well on a fast past schedule and able to handle and complete multiple tasks under pressure
  • Drivers Licence
