The Opportunity

Join the AIA Customer Care Representative Team where your focus will be to field calls and email queries and provide information and support on AIA Products

With a true focus on providing the best customer service possible you will be supporting existing as well as new members with a high level of service.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Handle inbound and tactical outbound enquires
  • Provide advice and effective explanations of AIA Insurance products and AIA Vitality
  • Ensure accurate amendments to membership details
  • Deliver exceptional customer service outcomes
  • Partner with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across AIA
