These Customer Care Officer positions are exciting customer facing roles in our busy Stockland Glendale Shopping Centre. Based on our Customer Care desk, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service as well as support to the centre management team.

About the role:

Both casual roles are working up to 12 hours per week which will require you to be available to work on Thursday’s and Saturday’s. Additional hours will be required on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Address diverse customers’ needs and values and provide an exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland’s brand essence
• Liaising with our tenants as first point of contact
• Gather, qualify and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business
• Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre
• Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues
• Follow all public liability incident management processes

About you:

• Experience delivering face to face and phone-based customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound administrative skills and basic working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and a resilient attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a keen ability to show initiative
