We have an exciting new opening for a Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Manager within our Customer Lifecycle Management team, available as a 9-month fixed-term full-time contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager – Retention & Growth, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution for acquiring and onboarding known Coles Group customers.

In this role, you will leverage your experience in Customer Lifecycle Management strategy and execution, focusing on both acquisition, onboarding and retention.
You'll excel at project management, stakeholder management, communicating information clearly and influencing others with ease. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop actionable plans will be key to your success.
Additionally, you'll bring expertise in data driven marketing and analytics, working with large datasets and audiences.
