Given this role is critically important to LRH's ongoing commitment to excellence in all aspects of People and Culture, we are ideally looking for someone with current experience in a generalist P&C role, who enjoys a fast paced, diverse workload, with opportunity to apply creative and flexible solutions to achieve the best outcomes.

• You have at least 2 years employee relations experience in People & Culture
• You love to think outside the box and deliver initiatives to improve the employee experience
• Your agile interpersonal skills are evidenced by collaborative working relationships
