Amplifon Australia is currently looking for a skilled and ambitious CRM Data Analyst to join our team. This role will support the CRM Manager within the Marketing function and the purpose of the role is to analyse and interpret customer data and to proactively provide the team with insights to improve campaigns and channel performance

  • Analysis on database to enable deeper understanding of customer segments and overall business trends to be leveraged for marketing campaigns
  • Analysis to monitor CRM campaigns effectiveness and channel performance.
  • Support in CRM contact plan definition through CRM funnel analysis and forecast to assess contact plan consistency vs budget
  • Ensuring the data is at its highest possible quality state to run effective CRM campaigns
  • Dashboard analysis, development, and optimization
