An exciting opportunity has opened in the Curriculum Implementation team for a Course Configuration Analyst.

The role is responsible for the timely collection and input of accurate curriculum data into the student system to ensure smooth functioning of processes. The Course Configuration Analyst plays an important role in not only the immediate work area, but also for ensuring curriculum data is updated in accordance with annual cycles.

The Couse Configuration Analyst will also have the opportunity to review and implement policy improvements which will stem from their detailed knowledge of academic and administrative polices. Part of this role will also include building strong working relationships with other part of the organisation to meet the requirements of this role.

  • Demonstrated experience in influencing, developing and implementing policy, ensuring adherence to standard processes and/or government legislation in a large, complex organisation
  • Demonstrated experience of business and systems analysis and configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to make a significant contribution to the University including the provision of authoritative advice relating to areas of responsibility, the development of strategic and operational plans, and the design and implementation of process improvements
  • Knowledge of student systems, preferably experience in project and/or operational use of Technology One Student Management System
