Role Purpose
Working within the Community Engagement team and reporting to the Managing Director, Top Blokes Foundation is seeking a talented and passionate fundraiser to secure long-term sustainable corporate partnerships. The role is responsible for achieving the fundraising targets by developing the new business pipeline, creating unique and mutually beneficial propositions for prospective partners, and securing new partnerships across NSW, QLD and SA.
Key Responsibilities
- New business generation, pipeline development and execution
- Identify leads from existing and new contacts in the NSW, QLD and SA markets
- Undertake industry research to identify alignment opportunities, prepare research briefs, establish new business meetings
- Determine Top Blokes Foundation’s brand value, assets and event opportunities Develop and deliver pitch presentations and proposals
- Targets, goals and reporting
- Secure and increase sustainable revenue in line with the yearly KPI income targets
- Actively manage prospects data within the CRM and ensure all records are accurate, comprehensive and provide all data required for robust reports
- Monitor and analyse performance against the strategy, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
- Stakeholder Management
- Be the lead contact for new partnerships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage the relationship end to end including regular reporting and identifying new opportunities to strengthen the relationship
- Collaborate with team members to identify and deliver joint proposals and pitches to prospective partners when required
