support this through business analysis, financial analysis, project management and development of investor relations materials.

As our Corporate Development Senior Analyst, you'll support our strategic

M&A activities. To be successful in this role you will possess:
 

• Understanding of the M&A lifecycle.
• Understanding of the telco industry.
• Ability to work through and build financial models to understand
• potential business impacts.
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Strong business analysis, meeting-facilitation, project and time
• management skills.
• Ability to project manage and lead smaller discrete items of work.
• Expert MS Excel skills and comfortable managing large datasets.
• Ability to think innovatively and challenge existing norms to solve
• complex problems and achieve a goal.
