Key responsibilities

  • Fulfil domestic and international travel requests within defined travel polices.
  • Provide best fare of the day options on all travel itineraries in line with client requirements
  • Manage and prioritise workload and ensure client service levels are met
  • Build relationships to deliver value to clients
  • Meet productivity KPIs, ensuring high quality, error free and seamless travel booking processes

What Are We Looking For?

  • A minimum 3 years’ corporate travel experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent knowledge of travel supplier products and services.
