  • To create a market access environment in which the benefits of our innovative products are recognized and these are made available to affected patients as quickly as possible.
  • To purposefully expand the external perception of Lilly's commitment in the therapeutic area to various stakeholders in the public, social, medical and political sectors.

     

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Develop a comprehensive Environmental Shaping (ES) strategy and action plan to achieve market access for prioritized new products to be launched.
  • Work cross-functionally at affiliate, regional and global level to ensure a structured, coordinated and synergistic ES approach.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and resilient network with key scientific societies, patient organizations and key influencers in the therapeutic area.
  • Build stakeholder map and engagement plan, and deliver partnering and coalition opportunities to maintain and enhance future relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Represent Lilly's positions effectively and clearly in industry associations and working groups.
  • Lead external communications plan delivery, including readiness for data, regulatory and reimbursement milestones.
  • Contribute to strategic planning of the internal communications to outreach the therapeutic area communities.
  • Partner with International Corporate Affairs to ensure close alignment and effective reuse and adaptation of International Business Unit ES campaigns.
  • Operate with full understanding and adherence to the highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, including but not limited to Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and Lilly policies.

  • Qualifications: University undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Communications or Politics/Law desired.
