Description:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join us in this service provision role coordinating external domestic credit arrangements and internal pathways within the Education and Quality Services (EQS) team.

Reporting to the Manager, Academic Partnerships, you will coordinate applications for credit arrangements, liaise with appropriate academic staff to confirm credit mapping, provide advice to Admissions, Student HQ and other central teams on credit arrangements and maintain a register of credit arrangements. The role will also provide support for professional accreditation and academic partnership activities.

You will require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as you will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the University. In collaboration with other members of the EQS unit, this position is responsible for driving high standards of service to stakeholders.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Coordinate the approval of all internal pathways and domestic credit arrangements.
  • Quality assure all proposed credit arrangements in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure they are valid and accurate and work together to address any issues identified.
  • Data entry of credit arrangements into a number of systems such as Excel and Swinburne’s student management system.
  • Responsibility for maintaining, and quality assuring, a database of current approved credit arrangements (including internal pathways) as per University procedures.
  • Partner with Global Engagement to ensure alignment of domestic and international credit arrangement processes.
  • Work with Coordinator, Data and Surveys to develop an annual report on credit arrangements.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for management and committees.
  • Provide executive support for the Academic Pathways and Credit Arrangements Committee.
  • Develop and maintain the key stakeholder relationships necessary to effectively undertake the role.
  • Ensure all processes are undertaken according to agreed timelines as detailed in procedures.
