Description:

The Education and Quality Services team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for a Coordinator, Academic Quality to join their team.

The Coordinator, Academic Quality will be responsible for supporting the range of academic quality processes and initiatives including the annual course review process, academic benchmarking, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities. The role works closely with Schools, with relevant staff in the School Operations teams and with EQS teams.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

• Extensive experience in an administrative role which required management of a range of functions and provision of advice about, and interpretation of, policy and procedure, preferably in a tertiary education institution
• Sound knowledge of and commitment to quality assurance and improvement principles
• High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with a professional outlook and appreciation of sensitive issues
• High level organisational skills, including the ability to independently plan and develop work schedules with little direction
