Control Systems Engineer

Description:

The control systems engineer will assist with the delivery of multiple design and automation projects across the food and beverage industry.

Project work will be diverse, ranging from smaller service works through to larger scale turn-key projects and will cover the full spectrum of the controls industry including:

• Switchboard design
• Automation
• PLC Programming
• SCADA Systems
• Energy Metering
• Communications

You will be a team player who leads by example with the ability to work autonomously; and the diversity of the projects you will be working on will keep you engaged and lead to continuous learning and development.

Skills that you will require to succeed include:

• Advanced Diploma OR Bachelor of Engineering from Australian organisation
• 3yrs+ control system engineering experience
• Significant AB PLC experience
• Significant Citect SCADA OR FactoryTalk View SE experience
• Experienced in commissioning including instrumentation & drive configuration
• Experienced in breakdown/fault-finding
• Must be available for occasional travel and some weekend work (~1 in 6 wks)
