Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Contracts and Procurement Officer, who will assist in best practice within the team and manage purchasing activities, tendering, negotiations and contract administration. You will be a self-starter who can engage with a very varied range of stakeholders.

  • Purchasing and monitoring of POs and ensuring timely delivery and payment
  • Managing and implementing the process of development, tendering and awarding of contracts
  • Point of call for supplier questions
  • Contact point for communication between stakeholders and supplier on performance issues and contract compliance
  • Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP - highly regarded)
  • Experienced in procurement purchasing activities
  • Exposure to contracts admin, well regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and a drive to learn and develop
