Contracts Manager

Description:

This role will see you take the lead as the Snr Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager where you will have the support of other CA's, PE's and Site Admin and have direct access to the company's state leadership. There is further career advancement opportunities available in the future as well so it will also suit someone wanting to continue to progress.

It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes. This role will suit either an experienced Contracts Manager or a Senior Contracts Administrator ready for the step up.

As a Snr CA / Contracts Manager you will have:

• Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent
• 10+ years Contracts Administrator experience with a reputable construction company
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ideally have experience working in the South East Qld construction market
• Ability to lead and mentor team members
• Ability to effectively communicate with stake holders and manage expectations
