Contract Coordinator

 

Description:

The Contract Coordinator, Campus and Asset Services, oversees the day-to-day management of service contract for Swinburne University of Technology. This role:

  • Ensures suppliers are meeting their contractual obligations.
  • Reports on services including performance and expenditure.
  • Manages the Campus and Asset Services Help Desk and service requests.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract management practices and protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, including demonstrated success in engaging and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound contract management skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage issues.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and contracts.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, interpret and apply procurement policy and operating guidelines.
