Contract Administrator

 

Description:

Parkview Constructions is looking for Contract Administrator

Reporting to the Project Manager, your role and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Coordinate and let contracts to subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the construction and resources schedule
  • Assist and compile the administration of the subcontractor’s performance against the scope of works and construction program and control authorisation of variations, extensions of time and payments
  • Assist and prepare in the maintenance of cost control, forecast revisions and project financial reporting
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the scopes of works.
  • Co-ordination of activities and tasks associated with the development of overall planning and programming.
  • Compile the establishment and monitoring of the procurement program and off-site activity schedule
  • Assist with Subcontract management and subcontract administration, including assistance in preparation of monthly final forecast cost estimates (FFC’s) for trade packages and review of major variation and monthly trade FFC’s with Project Team.

Skills & experience:

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent
  • Ideally 3-5 years' post grad experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Experience working on high-rise residential projects in excess of $40M in value
  • Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractors
