Contract Administrator

 

Description:

We are looking for a contract administrator to work on a complex and challenging Tier 1 new build project. 6 month contract

We are looking for a contract administrator to join an existing team on this large-scale tier 1 building project. We are looking for an experienced contract administrator who can look after a couple of sub-contractor packages, as well as helping out with a large amount of invoicing as well. There is a good opportunity that this could be extended to assist with other packages or until the end of the project.

As Contract Administrator Your Skills And Experience Will Include

  • Manage contracts and variations
  • Managing and tracking project expenditure
  • Preparing and administering project invoices
  • Administering RFI’s to clients, architects and consultants
  • Processing progress claims, variations and invoices

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven knowledge of the construction process (approx. 2 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
