Content Management Team

Description:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated University Student to work in our dedicated Content Management Team.

Our Content Management Team creates and manages all online content referenced by a diverse range of customers and stakeholders including residents, ratepayers, visitors, and businesses to source Council information and resources.

Across our website and intranet, we have content available for every service Council provides. From animal registrations to community leasing, events, public health information and maintenance requests - we ensure everything is referenced and documented to offer the most effective and efficient services to our customers and stakeholders.

In addition to producing and maintaining our online content and resources, our Content Management team is responsible for identifying and actioning business requirements and improvement opportunities, as well as reviewing processes to optimise service delivery. The team advocates for quality and proactively engages with internal customers and stakeholders regularly to achieve quality assurance, business process alignment, and provide advice on analytical data.

The Content Management team has a critical function in streamlining our service delivery and ensuring our stakeholders and customers always have the most updated information and resources available to them.
