As the Manager, Content & Digital Engagement you will primarily be driving high-quality content and digital engagement in realisation of the Championing Employability Strategy. The role has end-to-end responsibility for the creation, sourcing, design, and management of content and collateral, and the development, management, and execution of the Championing Employability communications plan across internal and external audiences and stakeholders through various channels.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering strategic campaigns and communications plans including content and collateral development and execution through multiple digital channels and platforms
  • Proven ability to develop creative content with exceptional written skills, a context-informed and adaptive written voice, and a strong grasp of branding and design to optimise the impact of content. Confidence and interpersonal agility to liaise at all levels of internal and external stakeholders and apply influence to achieve desired outcomes
  • Experience in executing digital engagement through a range of channels and platforms including eDMs, social media (including Linkedin), web, and other tools
  • Strong technological literacy across a range of products and platforms – with experience in targeted digital growth being desirable but not essential
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to influence senior management and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes, alongside a high-performance mindset
  • Demonstrated experience designing and coordinating program delivery that includes online interactive modules and in-person delivery components
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to operate autonomously while demonstrating strong initiative and a proactive approach to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of project deliverables and accountabilities with proven ability to develop documentation, achieve timelines and objectives, and engage senior leaders and stakeholders
