After growing tremendously and really creating a name for themselves, they are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to focus on getting the story out there for these INCREDIBLE projects. There is so much opportunity here and some exciting key marketing projects to take on such as a website refresh and re-brand. You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and have the opportunity to take on a direct report as well.
The position purpose is to lead, develop and drive the implementation of an innovative content and communications strategy, with an omni channel approach, to support the business marketing strategy, maximise revenue, increase stakeholder engagement and propel the brand image

- Define and lead the execution of the content and social media strategy
- Research, write, and publish purposeful, creative, and informative social media and web content that engages audiences and drives brand awareness
- Manage content execution across multi-channels such as EDM, LinkedIn, Instagram, SEO, Google, and social paid channels
- Lead the development of all copywriting end-to-end
- Measure, analyse and report on digital content performance, and use insights to make recommendations for further optimisation
- Prepare press releases, media pitches and seek coverage, including strategic opportunities for senior leaders to contribute thought-leadership pieces in relevant media
- Define and lead the internal communications strategy, delivering content to enhance culture and team engagement
- Stay on top of industry trends and news, working with the Marketing Director and team on strategic positioning of business within the market
- Experience within Property, Construction or related industries required
- Excellent copywriting skills with ability to produce high quality content
- Creative thinker with a sound understanding and application of digital, social media and content creation
- Experience in developing and implementing a strategic content communication plan
- Demonstrated experience managing strategies from concept to execution
- Ability to manage high workloads, tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism
