Content And Assessment Writer

Description:

Our client in the public sector is currently looking for an experienced content and assessment writer to partner with them in this varied position. Partnering closely with subject matter experts and the broader project team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering blended learning solutions working strongly with private client groups.

• VET sector training documents development in different sectors
• Updated Cert IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or Diploma of Design and Development

This role will see you work closely with clients to understand specific requirements, you will play an integral part in designing and developing training and assessment materials. This includes VET sector training and assessment requirements.

Key deliverables include:

• You will write and develop training and assessment materials in a tight time frame
• Sound knowledge of Australian Qualification Framework guidelines (AQF)
• Provision and support in the maintenance of training and assessment records and material
• Development of training and assessment reports and matrices
• Understanding of the Requirements in the VET Sector
• Involvement in ASQA Audits highly advantageous
• Understanding of different disciplines apart from business are highly desireable

The successful candidate will hold an updated Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You have worked in a Training and Development position (VET sector) previously, and you have experience working with subject matter experts. You will have outstanding communication skills to foster relationships with the broader business to understand their training requirements and provide appropriate solutions in tight time frames.
