Description:
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Swinburne Edge and Workforce Solutions Project team as a Manager, Consulting Projects. To be successful in the role, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills as you will build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the objectives of the University and client are met; a dedication to providing outstanding customer service is critical, as is the ability to build exceptional relationships with our clients and stakeholders to maintain and grow our portfolio of projects. In addition to this, you will provide oversight and effective management of all Workforce Solutions clients and projects to ensure that the solution is delivered within scope, on time and within budget.
This position reports to the Director CPE and Operations and is accountable for leading the Project Management team who operationalise the industry-based learning projects. Additionally, the role works in close collaboration with the entire Swinburne Edge team and the Swinburne Schools in HE and VE.
