As a Learning and Development Manager in our Consulting People and Culture team, you will be responsible for working alongside our business to  ensure that we’re growing capable leaders at all levels and meeting the changing needs of our business, clients and market.  

Your impact will be seen by: 

• Partnering with our learning community across the business to understand their unique learning needs and supporting them to prioritise, design and deliver solutions that build capability in these areas. 
• Enabling the business to drive development initiatives through the use of existing resources and technology, leveraging opportunities and resources available both locally and globally. 
• Managing the continued roll out and review of core programs across the Consulting business, including the delivery of major milestone events. 
• Supporting reporting needs on a recurring basis to collect, analyse and report on data relating to learning initiatives. 
• Supporting the management of L&D budget across the business through reporting, communication and education. 
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and developing a solid understanding of their business, the market that they operate in and their learning priorities.
