Description:
Reporting to the Executive Manager Communications & Customer Experience, the Consultation And Research Coordinator will provide high-level advice to Executive Management and Councillors and the preparation of strategic documents and reports, including the planning, analysis and interpretation of the results of Annual Community Satisfaction Surveys and other service feedback mechanisms.
The position will work closely with the Consultation and Engagement Coordinator to plan, design, deliver, report on and evaluate Council’s consultation activities. This position will also provide the organisation with leadership, advice and strategic insight on community engagement and research matters across a range of issues and policy areas. The position is responsible for the management and coordination of the organisational approach to the conduct of engagement and research activities.
