Description:


Responsible for the customer satisfaction of inbound calls and the telephone communication of web-based quote request enquiries with the view to qualification of the call, the securing of a pre-move inspection, quotation and follow up to a point of closing the sale and handing over to Operations for execution.

Functions And Responsibilities
 

  • Prompt follow up of voice mailed messages and web based ‘Request a Quote’ via personalized phone call within 24 hrs.
  • Qualify incoming telephone sales enquiries and immediately evaluate high value opportunities for hand over to Moving Sales
  • Consultants via AMOS appointment booking screen.
  • Full-service relationship management for all other valued opportunities from follow through to completion.
  • Prepares and send quotes as requested.
  • Collect and enter move inspections/quotes in AMOS
  • Make 2nd Swing Call back to clients/customers with booked uplifts without insurance to value add with insurance options.
     

Qualifications
 

  • Exceptional customer service focus and experience successfully servicing Cooperate and consumer clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Internal and external relationship building skills
  • Competent user of AMOS / IT systems
