Our Consultant role supports the execution of organisational strategy and successfully delivers Consulting Programs and Projects in Workforce Strategy, Organisational Design and Change into the K/P-12 Education sector.

As part of a small and dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in helping to establish and grow our scale-up business so that it delivers high-quality, high-impact workforce research, benchmarking and consulting solutions into school communities across the globe.

You will provide advisory support underpinned by our research and benchmarking offerings and contribute to setting the agenda for future horizons of research exploration - enjoying our outstanding relationships with stakeholders in school systems, research partner organisations and policy/regulatory environments.
