We are building out our Digital Banking team and are looking for a Business Analyst at the Consultant/Senior Consultant level to join our team! If you are passionate about banking and building a Digital Bank we would love to have a chat with you. The ideal candidate has experience in articulating requirements, is able to work through ambiguity, works closely with stakeholders and knows how to work in a team. If this is you – we want you!

A day in your life as a business analyst

• Work alongside the business to define and document business requirements through a user-centric lens
• Liaise with the end users, system analyst, solution architect, vendor developers and testers to ensure the business requirements are understood
• Be able to blend both technical and functional capabilities to contribute to building a strong relationship between the business and IT
• Demonstrate ownership while maturing and formalising the processes in conjunction with clients’ IT Departments, Business stakeholders/sponsors and external parties for improved collaboration and outcomes
• Contribute to business implementation tasks including training, business process mapping & business readiness 

You will have comfort and familiarity with many of the following:

• Functional experience: user stories, story mapping, feature mapping
• Technical experience: requirements documentation, user testing, backlog management and liaison with developers
