Construction Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.

2. Manage and oversee subcontractors and laborers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

3. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.

4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.

5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any technical or design-related challenges.

6. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material inventory.

7. Enforce safety regulations and ensure all workers are trained and equipped to work safely on-site.

8. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or requests.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

5. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

7. Valid driver's license.

8. OSHA certification and/or other relevant certifications are a plus.
