Construction Lawyer

Our client is a prestigious national law firm who has engaged us to recruit an Associate with 3 years + experience in construction litigation.

The team has an outstanding reputation for the quality of work, development of their lawyers and leadership of this team. You will be working with the very best in the market in a good humoured and social team.

In this role you will be working on a range of matters for both public and private clients.

Matters may include:

• Disputes relating to time (extension of time and delay costs), variations and defects (including latent defects) arising on construction and infrastructure projects.
• Litigated construction disputes in Victorian Courts
• Arbitrations under domestic commercial arbitration legislation in Australia
• Expert determination and mediation
• Experience advising on construction insurance policies.
