Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Compliance Program ensuring policies and procedures meet regulatory standards with regular communication shared with the Brokers.
  • Manage the annual Audit process of Brokers in the region ensuring competency levels are maintained
  • Provide business process and best practice advice to Insurance Brokers through regular training modules and communications working with National Training & Development team
  • Manage and mentor new and existing Brokers by developing Business Plans and executing strategies to uplift broker knowledge
  • Collate and score audit results, write reports, and provide feedback to the regional manager
  • Provide suggestions on how to improve overall scores
  • Regular travel to various locations across Victoria is required
