The Cushman & Wakefield account team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services across the Herston Quarter site. The delivery includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.

The Governance and Reporting Manager is responsible for the administration and reporting elements of the contract. The role will coordinate and manage the efficient and effective governance of all contractual and operational objectives coupled with the management of the Customer Experience team.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparation of all performance and reporting requirements of the contract
  • Contract and legislative compliance monitoring
  • Manage communications – internal, contractors and client relevant to this position
  • Prepare internal Cushman & Wakefield reporting formats
  • Maintenance of all contract records, reports and manuals
  • Asset database management
  • Document management
  • Act as an information support function to the PPP team
  • Compliance – HSSEQ auditing
  • Cushman & Wakefield HSSEQ observance
  • Incident Investigation
