Description:
The primary
purpose of the Complex Case Manager role is to provide effective
management of Fair Work Commission (Commission) complex cases from
lodgment up until they are allocated to Commission Members or staff
conciliators. They are required to use their knowledge of the Fair
Work Act 2009, excellent communication and analytical skills to
liaise with clients and Commission Members to provide high-quality
case management services in anti-bullying, sexual harassment,
unfair dismissal and general protections cases. Complex Case
Managers must work together to maintain or improve performance
against the Commission’s performance measures.
