Community Physiotherapist

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Community Physiotherapist at Western Home Physio. The Community Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. They will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being of patients.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Proven ability to perform client-centered assessment and intervention.
• Passionate about helping clients reach their goals.
• Strong interpersonal & rapport building skills.
• A collaborative team player with the capability to work independently.
• Drivers licence & own car.
