SustainDigital Recruitment is looking for Community & Events Manager.
Key Areas Of Focus
- Ownership of our quarterly event, where they share market updates, new product features, and discuss hot topics within the industry. This event regularly has 2000+ attendees, and you will be required to manage the successful delivery, including planning, arranging speakers, and promotion
- Developing and advancing the community that has emerged from their events, bring new ideas to the table that will facilitate the conversation around cyber and the market right now. This is an area currently in ideas phase for them, so you will be working closely with C-Level to develop and bring our community to life
- Acting as the Voice Of Customer, through the relationships and feedback gained from both events and community platforms. Through these relationships that are built, you will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our product roadmap and product updates are truly in line with what our customers are looking for
Ideally, You'll Have Experience In
- Organising large scale events, both virtually and in-person
- Managing communities and establishing networks on platforms such as Circle, Discord, LinkedIn, etc
- Ideating and executing on engaging content to further build our presence and facilities conversations in the marketing, such as webinars, podcasts, etc
- Managing the above in a B2B environment
